• Size: Typically from £100k to £8m.
• Type: A combination of CAT A and CAT B projects, mainly design and build with some competitive tendering.
• Style: A combination of office and laboratory.
• Geographic regions: The COEL office is based in Cambridge. Projects are typically in Cambridge, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Norwich and London. Travelling and over-night stays are required as part of this role.

After securing a prestigious address opposite Cambridge Station, leading independent law firm, Mishcon de Reya, tasked us with creating two distinct areas for their workspace – a flexible local hub for their hybrid workforce and a spacious client area, with high-end finishes.
